FREE CLASSIFIED LINER ADVERTISING
It’s true! You can advertise your personal classified ad for free in the Toano-Norge Times. Guidelines for free classified ads: To qualify as a free ad, your ad should be 30 words or less; item for sale must be under $5,000, and it cannot be for services rendered or a business ad. Your classified ad will run for free for two issues and can be renewed with an email or phone call request.
It is preferred that you email your free ads to toanonorgetimes@aol.com . Deadline is Monday 4 p.m. of the issue you want your ad published. (PLEASE do not type your ad in all upper case letters.) If you do not have the option to email, you can fax your ads to 757-250-3196.

PAID CLASSIFIED LINER ADVERTISING (For business advertising)
30 words or less $7 for one issue
30 words or less $12 for two issues
30 words or less $18 for three issues
ONLY $20 for four issues!!! (30 words or less per run.)
Don’t forget, we publish every other week.

If your classified ad is over 30 words, requires a logo, photo or box, please email verbiage, logo and any other needs to toanonorgetimes@aol.com for proof lay-out and pricing. (This quote is free of charge and does not require commitment to place ad.) Typically, to include a logo or photo to your classified liner, the additional cost is the space it utilizes. To add a border, the cost is $1 extra per insertion.

CLASSIFIED SPECIFICATIONS
Liner ads are published in Arial 8 pt., 9.5 leading. The first two words are bolded. Column width is 1 7/8” wide.

CLASSIFIED DISPLAY ADVERTISING
Classified display advertising columns are 1 7/8” wide and measured in quarter inch increments in depth. Minimum classified display size is 1 col. X 1”. Classified display advertising rates are $8.50 per column inch. Frequency rates are available.

BUSINESS REVIEW
Advertise your business in a consistent and affordable fashion. As a Business Review advertiser you will receive nine consecutive ad placements with a business card size ad, 3.25” wide x 2” deep. In addition to the nine issue business card size space you will also qualify for a half-page feature ad once (during your nine issue run) on the Business Review page. The size of the half-page ad is 10” wide and 6.25” deep. (You can run a large ad or story-type piece and photos if you choose.) Cost is only $275 which gives you approximately 4 ½ months of consistent, affordable advertising! In addition your ad will appear for free in our virtual newspaper on the Toano-Norge Times website at no additional charge. Visitors to the TNT website do NOT have to subscribe or fill out and information for membership. Anyone anywhere can have immediate access to your ad with a click of a mouse.
